You'll help shape the future strategies and structures within your team, focusing on expanding into new markets, supporting strategic initiatives, and developing the tools and processes that enable Sana to scale effectively. About You • Currently completing final year of university, or entering final year of university. • Speak fluent English, and preferably one more European/Nordic language. • Possess entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability, alongside a relentless determination to deliver and achieve targets. • Passion about workforce efficiencies and deeply committed to continuous learning and development. • A humble and curious mind. • Enthusiasm about starting a career with Sana post-graduation. Workday Pay Transparency Statement (For EU Locations Only) Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
