Job Title Marketing & Analytics Manager Job Description Marketing & Analytics Manager: Be the insights and analytics partner for Latin America, turning business performance, market intelligence, and competitive insights into clear recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions. This is an individual contributor role with significant regional influence and no direct people-management responsibility. Your Role • Supports insights & analytics projects and initiatives under the guidance of the MI&A leader across Commercial, Competitor, Marketing, Campaign, Digital, Customer, and Market domains, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve insight generation, business responsiveness, and operational efficiency. • Supports the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of MI&A data, knowledge management, and reporting repositories. Analyzes company, customer, competitor, market, and digital performance data, applying analytics, automation, and AI technologies to identify trends, generate insights, and answer key business questions. • Partner with senior stakeholders across Latin America, translating complex information into compelling insights and recommendations that support business decisions. • Support all businesses across Latin America, developing a broad understanding of the region and responding to strategic business questions. You're the Right Fit If • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consumer Behavior or equivalent, with no prior experience required; or Vocational Education with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence or equivalent. • You have strong business and data literacy, with the ability to combi n e quantitative analysis with market and competitive information and translate it into meaningful business insights. • You bring strong business acumen and curiosity, looking beyond reports and dashboards to understand the business question, challenge the data, identify relevant market factors, and recommend actions. • You are a confident communicator and presenter who can explain complex insights clearly, respond to challenging questions, and influence senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
