A Day in the Life The Senior Facilities Manager is part of the Site Operations function and is responsible for enabling safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance across the North Haven campus. This function supports critical manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, office, and infrastructure operations through strategic management of facilities, utilities, building systems, and workplace services. This role is based at our North Haven, Connecticut facility and is an onsite position requiring regular presence to support site operations, infrastructure reliability, and business continuity activities.                     The Senior Facilities Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for campus facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and workplace services across a complex site environment. This role is accountable for facility reliability, capital planning, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and team leadership while partnering across multiple functions to support business objectives and long-term site needs.   Primary Responsibilities • Lead campus facilities operations, including utilities, infrastructure, workplace services, and building systems • Ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective support for manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, office, and critical support environments • Direct facility design, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects to support business growth and operational performance • Develop and manage operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and project schedules for facilities and infrastructure activities • Oversee capital expenditure planning and execution, including prioritization and delivery of site investment projects • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, Supply Chain, Security, and Finance leaders to support business continuity and operational excellence initiatives • Manage outsourced service providers and vendor relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and accountability • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing facilities organization aligned with current and future business requirements   Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of facilities management experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years of facilities management experience • 5+ years of people leadership experience • Experience managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets • Experience leading capital expenditure planning and project execution • Experience supporting facility operations within manufacturing, laboratory, industrial, or similarly complex environments   Preferred Qualifications • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification • Advanced degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) • Experience supporting multiple facilities or campus environments • Experience within a regulated industry, preferably medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences • Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building automation, or cleanroom systems For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the
