A Day in the Life The Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) portfolio focuses on technologies that support patient monitoring, clinical decision-making, and care delivery across acute care environments. As part of the EurAsia regional marketing organisation, this role is responsible for shaping portfolio strategy, driving upstream marketing initiatives, and supporting the successful introduction and adoption of solutions that address evolving healthcare needs and improve customer value across diverse markets. The Integrated Marketing Lead, Acute Care & Monitoring works closely with regional commercial teams, global stakeholders, product management, and clinical experts to align portfolio priorities with market opportunities and customer needs. The role combines strategic portfolio management, market analysis, product launch leadership, and stakeholder engagement to define and execute growth strategies, strengthen portfolio differentiation, and deliver sustainable business impact across the EurAsia region. Primary responsibilities: • Develops and implements enterprise-wide, integrated marketing programs. • Develops the business case, strategies, budgets, executions, measurement and ongoing enhancements to meet the company's reputational and growth objectives. • Leads sponsorship and/or partnership strategies, including concepting, evaluation, creation and activation efforts. • Oversees the creation of all types of content to achieve Medtronic's reputational and messaging aims. • Utilizes omni-channel marketing models incorporating paid, owned, earned and shared content strategies. • Develops reputational KPI's, listening tools and the strategies for tracking and measuring program impact on reputation on a corporate, regional or global basis. • Leverages insights to strengthen programs and build new strategies. • Builds and maintains stakeholder contact programs and databases to directly connect and share MDT's point of view and insight to the right audiences. Required qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of marketing experience, including portfolio management, product marketing, or strategic marketing responsibilities. • Experience developing portfolio strategies, leading product launches, and supporting pricing strategy initiatives. • Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across global and regional matrix organisations. • Experience analysing market, customer, and competitive data to develop business recommendations and strategic plans. • Experience within the healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or related healthcare industry. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA). • Experience leading large-scale healthcare strategic initiatives across multiple countries or regions. • Experience developing innovative value propositions and portfolio growth strategies. • Capital equipment commercial experience within emerging markets. • Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders.
