Job Description Join our team as an Operations Processor, where you will support critical ACH operations through the processing of proof of authorization requests, corporate returns, and related casework. In this role, you will manage a combination of case-based and email-assigned work while partnering with internal teams and corporate clients to support accurate and timely transaction processing. Responsibilities include processing returns, researching and resolving cases, managing assigned workloads, and rotating across operational functions based on business needs.  The ideal candidate will bring ACH experience and a strong foundation in banking operations, along with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience supporting fraud-related processes, Regulation E cases, or other payment operations is beneficial. Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Four years or more of operations services related work experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements - Proven commitment to high quality customer service - Ability to work well with external and internal customers - Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment - Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide - Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions - Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation - Strong PC skills -Good verbal and written communication skills Location expectations   This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
