Essential Functions • Manage executive priorities, track strategic initiatives and action items, and ensure follow-through across a broad network of stakeholders and business partners. • Manage complex calendars/scheduling • Oversee expense reports • Coordinate meetings, prepare executive-level presentations, interact with cross-functional teams/business lines, and synthesize complex business topics into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership audiences. • Work on highly visible projects (some may be highly technical in nature, including working with data) • Program management Preferred Skills/Expertise • Organization & Planning : Demonstrate exceptional organization to juggle multiple calendars, deadlines, priorities. Demonstrate self-motivation to anticipate potential issues, accurately assess and resolve problems before they escalate • Develop executive level content including presentations, talking points, and strategic materials by translating business strategy, data, and insights into impactful storytelling for executive, board, and stakeholder audiences. • Communication Skills : Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and conveying information clearly and professionally • Proactive Problem-Solving : Proven experience identifying issues, analyzing information, applying sound judgment, and developing effective solutions. Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while supporting executive-level decision making. • Interpersonal Skills : Proven experience building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams • Administrative Assistant Team Coordination : Demonstrated experience working with administrative assistants across the bank to manage key team issues • Time Management : Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines • Adaptability : Proven experience adapting to changing priorities and work environments, especially in a dynamic environment that
