This leadership position will be remote . Occasional travel (25% of the time) may be required to support business needs. The Manager’s team will consist of approximately 10 direct reports who will support in Procurement activities across multiple divisions. In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to: • Must be Proficient in the procurement process, including but not limited to source selection, price analysis, negotiations, risk management • The preferred candidate should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be extremely organized • Can quickly identify and communicate risk and opportunity • Have a clear understanding of established processes and procedures • Possess the ability to align team goals to Sector and Division objectives • Effectively manage a supply base: Evaluate supplier delivery, quality, and cost performance • Develop and maintain Strategic Supplier relationships • Supervise release of RFQs for LTA and high-dollar reqs • Execute negotiations of LTAs and high-dollar contracts • Identify opportunity for cross Divisional strategies • Build and develop a geographic diverse and remote team • Ability to plan schedule and arrange activities to accomplish objectives Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning or accounting, OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning or accounting OR High School
