Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Business Management Analyst based on-site out of Rolling Meadows, IL supporting the supporting the Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS) Division . This position offers the 9/80 schedule. What You Will Get To Do: The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Targeting & Survivability Pricing & Estimating team tasked with providing guidance and support to the business unit activities. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests • Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies • Present proposal recommendations to management • Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages • Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers The successful candidate will be proactive, have the ability work in a fast-paced environment, have organizational/time management skills, the ability to multitask, and be proactive and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting experience or experience in other business management related function - OR - a Master's degree with 1 year of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting experience or experience in other business management related function • Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, specifically Microsoft Excel. • U.S. Citizenship required. • The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance is required.
