The location for this role can be either Promontory, UT or Huntsville, AL. The Principal Policies and Procedures Analyst is a senior subject-matter expert responsible for leading the development, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise policies, procedures, and related documentation. This role ensures that organizational practices are clearly defined, compliant with applicable requirements, aligned to business objectives, and accessible to stakeholders across the enterprise. The analyst partners with functional leaders, risk and compliance teams, and process owners to design, standardize, and maintain a coherent, well-controlled procedural framework. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Policy & Procedure Governance • Analysis & Design • Stakeholder Engagement • Documentation & Communication • Controls, Compliance & Audit Support • Continuous Improvement • Other duties include: document processing, SharePoint tool/website development & maintenance, meta data management • undefined • Other duties as assigned This position can be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4. Basic Qualifications for Level 3: • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 year of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance • Experience with the development, review, configuration control, and access control of documented information (Principles and Operating Standards, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Manuals, Drawings, Forms, Etc.) • Strong written & verbal communication skills • Experience with Data Analytics and Statistical Analysis methods and techniques • Ensures that performance and quality processes conform to established company and regulatory standards • SharePoint & SharePoint Online administration experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance • US Citizenship required • Familiarity with AS9100/AS9110, ISO 9001, and/or customer-specific quality management system requirements. • Ability to travel on ‘as-needed’ basis up to 25% of the time Basic Qualifications for Level 4: • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 4 years of professional experience.
