The affiliate is led by Frédérike Podevin. The Gilead Government Affairs team in Germany is running many high-profile projects in partnership with policy makers and other societal stakeholders. With their expansion into solid tumours, alongside HIV, hepatitis C and D and CAR-T, Gilead Germany is preparing for another exciting era of growth. The Government Affairs team at Gilead Germany aims at fostering an innovation friendly environment to enable patients to have access to their innovative portfolio. The global Gilead Government Affairs and Policy aims to act as a critical link, connecting governments with Gilead science and connecting Gilead with policymakers’ needs and expectations. The purpose of the role is to build on the achievements to date and expand Gilead Germany’s network and influence even further. S/he will be required to be able to work at a Minister and above level, and to be able to put Gilead to the front and centre of key decision makers minds when it comes to discussions around relevant Therapeutic Areas and the operating environment.
