Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact Are you interested in GPUs, computer hardware, and understanding how complex systems work? As a Graphics Hardware Validation Undergraduate Engineering Intern you will gain hands-on experience validating Intel's discrete graphics platforms and helping ensure their functionality, performance, quality, and product readiness. You will work alongside experienced engineers to develop and execute validation tests, analyze results, investigate hardware and software issues, and support system-level debugging. You'll gain practical exposure to GPU and PC architecture, discrete graphics, laboratory equipment, Python automation, power and thermal validation, PCIe, operating systems, and system-level troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to apply what you've learned through coursework, labs, research, personal projects, or prior internship experience to real-world engineering challenges. Business group The Data Center Group (DCG) drives Intel's innovative solutions to meet the complex demands of data-centric environments. Focused on developing high-performance platforms, DCG plays a vital role in advancing Intel's leadership in cloud computing, enterprise, and AI workloads. As part of this group, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of Intel's offerings, supporting our mission to enable businesses to harness the power of data. What You’ll Do Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Execute platform and board validation tasks, including developing and implementing test plans to assess functionality and performance. • Analyze test results to identify anomalies and assist in debugging functional and performance issues. • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure full platform readiness and high-quality deliverables. • Support configuration testing and manufacturability assessments for data center platforms. •  Participate in benchmarking execution and validation of power and thermal characteristics. • Contribute to hands-on projects while learning and applying knowledge relevant to Intel's business goals.   Behavioral traits that we are looking for :   • Curiosity and learning agility: Eager to learn new hardware, tools, and validation techniques. • Problem-solving: Approaches technical issues logically and uses data to troubleshoot problems. • Attention to detail: Carefully executes tests, analyzes results, and documents findings. • Collaboration: Works effectively with teammates and cross-functional engineering partners. • Communication: Clearly explains technical observations, results, and questions. • Initiative: Takes ownership of assigned work and seeks guidance when needed.  Intel invests in our people and offers a complete and competitive package of benefits employees and their families through every stage of life.  Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Minimum Qualifications and Experience : Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM degree.
