Responsibilities: This is a Business Development role within the APAC Services Incubator team. This role is responsible for driving the Innovation agenda for Mastercard Services Key Responsibilities Include: • Working with broader Services sales organization to access client needs and strategic agenda. Use Services Innovation capabilities to differentiate and expand Mastercard Innovation business with customers, including new product, services, partners, etc. • Leading key regional and local innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L • Support rest of the Services sales team on end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing • Bring in new thought leadership to establish Services brand across key customer stakeholders • Work with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects sold • Achieve sales targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind • Build and inculcate relationships to become a trusted advisor to Senior/Executive level clients All About You • Innovation background including digital and AI transformation, UI/UX design, design thinking, Gen AI, wearable technologies, new approaches to customer engagement.
