About the role

Job Title Tender & Contract Operations Intern (all genders) Job Description As an Intern in the Tender & Quote Team you will have an opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services. Your role: • You will support the Tender Team in the bidding process as a member of the team responsible for properly validating third-party components delivered to the Customer • You will participate in 3rd parties process to initiate request for 3rd parties registration • You will support the Tneder Team in serive contract registration You're the right fit if: • You are a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student • You are fluent in English and Polish language both verbal and written • Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week • Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus In return, we offer you • A unique and challenging experience during 12 months (6+6 months), working for an employer whose activities have a major positive impact on people all over the world.  • Internship based on civil contract with competitive remuneration   • Flexible working hours, easily adaptable to your University schedule   • Discount for Multisport card, which enables you to use a wide range of sports and recreation facilities across Poland   How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
