Join the Space revolution and make the impossible possible. #definingpossible Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following: • Lead a team of exempt and non-exempt employees • Coordinates interdepartmental activity with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, Procurement, etc. • Responsible for meeting direct budget targets, writing/updating work instructions, providing performance metrics, and making recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. • Leads a team that has the mission statement to support all Production goals and objectives through accurate tracking, receiving, shipping with a strong focus on safety and cost efficiency. • Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Train and guide employees in keeping with all Northrop Grumman Values & Leader Characteristics • Collaborate with various programs on projects related to material receipt, storage, issue, and transportation. • Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal and external customers, including local, state, federal, and international agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in support of Space Sector programs. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, operations, or business management OR a Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, operations, or business management OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 8 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, operations, or business management • Must have basic knowledge of Material Planning or Production Planning and/or equivalent Planning experience • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company Preferred Qualifications: • Current Special Access Program (SAP) • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field • Ability to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a professional attitude. • Working Knowledge of Cost Point/SAP Primary Level Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $142,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
