About the role
Change the way the world travels Join the GetYourGuide journey to connect people with unforgettable travel experiences around the world. Millions look to us for unique activities they can trust, and it’s all powered by our commitment to make every single journey extraordinary - including yours. Ready to unlock your potential with a community of fellow explorers? Find your next role at our Berlin HQ or one of our local offices around the globe, from New York to Bangkok. Head to getyourguide.careers to take the first step. Team mission We're looking for a driven, analytical, outcome-focused Project Manager to join our Merchandising team. You'll take open-ended quality challenges on our supplier and traveler-facing data, think activity attributes, categories, and location data, and turn them into scoped, measurable projects, using AI to scale your work across our inventory. This is a data and process role: you'll be working with structured content and quality metrics, not copywriting or editorial content. Your mission • Own outcome-driven projects end-to-end: set the scope, timeline, and success metric upfront, then run execution independently (i.e., freelancer content batches, supplier data fixes, or full quality evaluation cycles) • Define what "good" means for your domain: build and validate datasets, set precision and recall targets, and keep both current as new failure patterns surface. • Build AI-powered quality checks: configure and orchestrate LLM-based workflows that replace manual review at scale. • Partner with senior stakeholders to scope ambiguous problems, then own execution independently: prioritize by data-backed impact over ticket volume, close gaps before they turn into blockers, and present your solutions with clarity and conviction. Your toolkit • Experience owning projects end to end, from turning a fuzzy operational problem into a bounded project with a clear scope through to a delivered result • Hands-on experience configuring and orchestrating AI and LLM tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs) to automate quality checks, build datasets or replace manual review (you don't need have built models from scratch) • Comfortable with SQL and notebook-based data tools (Databricks or similar) to query and validate data independently. • You use data to prioritize, define success metrics and validate hypotheses • You scope work independently with senior stakeholders and resolve alignment issues without being asked. • Experience running processes where the output must hold up at volume, such as freelancer operations, quality standards or tooling • You are a clear communicator, both written and verbal and are fluent in English Extras that give you an edge • Experience building or fine-tuning LLM prototypes. • A background in content quality, supplier operations, or marketplace quality. • Familiarity with precision/recall frameworks and quality evaluation methods. How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary • Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development • Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year • A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time. • Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with a quarterly team event budget • Access to leading AI tools plus the resources and budget to get the most out of them • Monthly transportation and fitness budget • Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities • Language reimbursement program • Health and wellness benefits And more… How to apply Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
