About the role

Job Title Regional Marketing Intern CEE Mother & Child Care (all genders) Job Description Your role: • General support of Region Business Unit Leader (RBUL). • Analytical support: working with Excel data-pulling and performance update, assembling monthly or ad hoc. • Tactical brand management support: communication with global and local Marketing managers, providing inputs on assortment management, collaboration with regional & global partners within Marketing, Demand Planning, Pricing Officers, Business Intelligence etc. • Regional coordination of new product launches: product lifecycle process administration in coordination with global team; sales forecast coordination with Demand Planners & local teams & global team; management of CEE pricelist, CEE portfolio optimization. • Ownership of regional dashboards: product rating & reviews dashboards during product lifecycle. • Leads assigned project(s) on regional or local level with focus on quality and timely delivery.   You're the right fit if: • You are a student of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, being able to work at least 30h/ week. • You are fluent in English & Polish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • You possess a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). • First professional experience in a similar role would be a great asset. • Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, time management. • Strong communication and analytical skills. • Fast-learner, well organized, responsible, proactive, team player, willing to learn by doing, open to feedback.   In return, we offer you: • A 12-month internship with competitive compensation, based on a civil contract. • Flexible working hours to accommodate your university schedule. • The opportunity to build your career within an international company known for meaningful innovations. • A dynamic international work environment where English is used in everyday activities. • Inclusion in the Campus Community, comprising over 100 international students and graduates, with access to development sessions and training. • A discount for a Multisport card.
