About the role

Associate Project Manager, Luxury Travel Operations To support the rapid scale and expansion of Luxury Travel, we are seeking a Project Manager – Luxury Travel Operations to support well-managed program execution and continued growth. This role will help manage key operational processes, serve as the point of contact for program participants and external partners, coordinate communications, and contribute to the tools and process improvements that enable our programs to scale. This role serves as the central operational and platform backbone, bridging hands-on travel operations with technical platform delivery.  Core Responsibilities • Travel Operations & Evaluator Support: Serve as the primary operational contact to manage incoming requests, resolve live property evaluation issues, handle room category edge cases, and resolve post-visit customer experience or billing disputes.  • Quality & Scoring Management: Review and score completed property evaluations, escalate systemic or critical operational issues, and distribute performance reports to internal and partner teams.  • Community Engagement & Resources: Drive participant engagement by creating educational program resources, hosting learning events, and delivering ongoing program communications.  • Platform Tooling Support: Manage program portal administration, including maintaining records and content, identifying and coordinating resolution of platform issues, and supporting new features and improvements from roadmap through delivery.
