About the role
Boeing Global Services Senior Business Operations Specialist (Business Operations) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team, located in Hialeah, FL . This position will act as a business integrator supporting the Boeing Distribution - Consumables & Expendables business. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to support the Boeing Distribution organization to learn the business, manage priorities, and maintain an integrated operating rhythm for a dynamic distribution business. Position Responsibilities: • Supports the executive team in managing day to day operations (All Employee Meetings, Roundtables, Staff Meetings, Business Reviews, Stabilization Integrated Product Team (IPT) Meetings, etc.) • Delivering outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, ambiguous and ever-changing environment • Coordinate artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared at the highest levels of the company • Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals. • Supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business cases. • Meets with leadership to gain approval • Provides advising and guidance leadership team to meet strategic objectives and business outcomes • Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. • Track and follow up on actions through to resolution. • Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other M365 collaboration tools • 3+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data • 3+ years of experience in developing and reporting performance metrics Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Proficiency with data analysis tools including PowerBI and Power Automate • Experience coaching or mentoring others, including those that may not be your direct reports • Experience delivering on business outcomes leveraging leading indicators • Experience working in a business leveraging Agile practices • For external candidates, previous Boeing experience is a plus • Experience working with and safeguarding sensitive/confidential information • Bachelors degree or higher Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Pay & Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
