Boeing Global Services Associate Integrated Scheduling Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Assosociate Planning & Schedule Specialist to join our team in Long Beach, CA. In this role you will be working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules. Position Responsibilities: • Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements • Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules • Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity • Identifies and reports performance variances • Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 1+ years years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills • 1+ years of experience working with scheduling tools or databases • 1+ years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems • Experience conducting data analysis with Excel • Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc) Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
