Location: Berlin , hybrid (2-3 days per week in our office) Hi, we're AMBOSS and we're searching for a Commercial Support Associate to support how we manage tenders, vendor registrations, and customer assurance requests for our institutional customers. Our founders launched AMBOSS in 2012 with the goal of creating a tool they wished they had during medical school and clinical practice. In this role, you'll coordinate the tenders, vendor registrations, and documentation requests that let institutional and business customers say yes to AMBOSS. You'll sit at the center of the company, working closely with Sales and pulling in expertise from IT, Legal, Finance, Product, Security, and Engineering to get every request answered accurately and on time. Every tender we win and every questionnaire we complete well helps bring AMBOSS into more hospitals, health systems, and medical schools: directly supporting our mission of empowering medical professionals to provide the best possible care. You'll start with structured, recurring processes and grow into someone institutional customers and internal teams alike rely on to get things done. You will: • Support tender and procurement processes, coordinating the company information, documentation, and internal contributions they require. • Complete and maintain customer vendor registrations and onboarding requirements in procurement and vendor-management systems. • Coordinate documentation and information requests from Sales and from prospective or existing customers. • Maintain commonly requested company documents and keep current, approved versions easily accessible. • Track requests, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding contributions from internal stakeholders. • Identify and coordinate with the right subject-matter experts across IT, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Security, and other teams. • Support completion of customer questionnaires covering company information, technology, privacy, AI, security, and compliance topics. • Help document and improve internal processes so recurring commercial and customer-assurance requests can be handled more efficiently. You bring: • First professional experience in operations, administration, sales support, customer support, project coordination, or another structured cross-functional role; relevant internship or working-student experience also welcome. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience managing multiple requests, stakeholders, and deadlines at the same time. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and German (C1). • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate. • Comfort reaching out to colleagues across departments and following up on outstanding information. • Nice to have: previous exposure to tenders, procurement portals, vendor onboarding, customer questionnaires, or documentation management.
