As Product Operations Manager II, GTM Strategy, you will own the go-to-market engine across this entire product line: how we price, package, quote, launch, and position Axon Air across each of these markets. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Partners, and Finance — translating product strategy into commercial execution and spotting the sales and market shifts before they become problems. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to shape strategy, not just support it, and who is energized by ambiguous, high-stakes conversations with both internal leaders and external partners. What You’ll Do Location: Hybrid at one of our Axon hub offices Reports to: Head of Product Operations, Axon Air & Dedrone Direct Reports: n/a Go-to-market & Sales Strategy • Own pricing and packaging strategy across market segment and regions, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals • Lead GTM planning and coordination for new product introductions and major releases, aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales on positioning and timing • Build and evolve sales enablement materials and playbooks that equip the field to sell Axon Air’s full portfolio with confidence • Own strategic partner and channel GTM relationships (including Skydio, DroneSense, and Dedrone Beyond), navigating complex, ambiguous conversations to solve problems collaboratively with external parties • Set and maintain quoting strategy and guardrails, partnering with Sales and Deal Desk to enable speed without sacrificing margin or compliance • Serve as the subject expert for the sales team’s quoting questions, bringing clarity and speed to day-to-day deal support Leadership & Collaboration • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Product leadership, looking around corners to anticipate market and sales strategy shifts before they surface as issues • Build relationships across Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain to remove friction on complex, highly customizable deals • Develop strong knowledge of go-to-market strategy, internal system, and product limitations to remove points of friction on complex and highly customizable sales What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience • 4+ years of experience in product operations, GTM strategy, sales strategy, or a similar cross-functional role • A track record of owning pricing, packaging, or quoting strategy in a complex, multi-product environment • Experience navigating ambiguous, high-stakes conversations with external partners or customers • Strong business and product sense, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable processes • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across both internal and external, senior-level stakeholders • Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, including the ability to pull and interpret bookings and pipeline reports to inform sales strategy • A naturally positive, trust-building presence Work Loc
