Come be a part of our mission! Candidates may be hired as a Engineer Systems Test (level 2) or a Principle Engineer Systems Test (level 3) based on their qualifications. This position is part of our Space Sector Eastern Region SEIT Engineering Organization located at Rolling Meadows, IL . Your roles and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following: • Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. • Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. • Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations. • Actively maintain active list of calibrated equipment at Rolling Meadows • Updating calibration information using NG system of record; TEAMMS • Support sanitizing equipment for egress from closed area labs • Coordinate and arrange shipping to internal calibration departments and/or test equipment vendor sites • Work with program security to generate transportation plans of sanitized equipment due for calibration • Work with Govt property to track egress and ingress of equipment during calibration and other special test events • Support up to 25% travel Basic Qualifications: · Engineer Systems Test : Bachelors Degree and 4 years of related experience; or a Master’s Degree. · Principal Engineer Systems Test : B
