Job Description: Job Family Definition: Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to the company policy and country regulatory requirements. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Responsibilities: • Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as Supplier selection, onboarding, collaboration & management, suppler negotiation and costing, Contract management etc. • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management. • Collaborate with Commodity Management and Manufacturing Operations teams to gather, understand and document requirements and to ensure solutions meet the requirements with a simple and intuitive user experience • Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns on commodity and manufacturing market trends, pricing strategies, supplier selection and performance management • Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to exec
