Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team The Partner Marketing team extends Stripe’s marketing reach to customers and prospects by educating, engaging and enabling partners, globally, to build market awareness and generate demand for their Stripe solutions and services. We recruit prospective partners and support the on-boarding and growth of existing partners as they build, launch, market, and scale business through the Stripe Partner Ecosystem and the Stripe platform. We partner closely with our global partnerships, GTM partners, marketing, and product teams and serve many different partner types. What you’ll do We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented marketing leader to own Stripe’s global partner marketing strategy for Services partners—including GSIs—and Technology/ISV partners. You’ll lead a global team, define the multi-year operating and investment model, build influential relationships with partner and Stripe leaders, and scale programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-attached pipeline, customer activation, and product adoption. This role requires setting a clear long-term direction while leading through others and using performance insights to focus the organization on its highest-impact opportunities. Responsibilities • Set the multi-year vision and global strategy for Services, GSI, and Technology/ISV partner marketing, translating Stripe’s company, marketing, and partnerships priorities into an operating model, investment strategy, and measurable outcomes. • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of four Partner Marketing professionals across APAC, AMER, and EMEA. Establish clear accountability, build organizational capability, evolve the team as business needs change, and ensure agencies and vendors extend the team effectively. • Build trusted relationships with partner CMOs and senior Stripe leaders. Develop joint strategies with priority partners and align global and regional teams around shared priorities, investments, and execution. • Own a portfolio of differentiated programs for strategic partners and scalable programs for the broader ecosystem. Integrate partners into Stripe campaigns, regional initiatives, co-sell motions, events, content, and enablement to drive pipeline, activation, and product adoption. • Shape joint value propositions, messaging, and customer evidence, and turn successful programs into reusable playbooks that can scale across partners and regions. • Establish governance for market development funds and other investments, alongside the performance framework, dashboards, and business-review cadence. Use data and financial insight to assess impact, address underperformance, and reallocate resources toward the strongest opportunities. Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements • 15+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including substantial experience in partner, ecosystem, channel, or alliances marketing and a strong understanding of partner business models and indirect GTM motions. • A track record of setting and leading global marketing
