Job Description: Supports a designated Digital Experience Architect within the Channel domain. Contributes to future-state process design, digital solution alignment, architectural analysis, and design artifact development. Partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to document requirements, evaluate impacts, maintain architecture traceability, and support development of end-state process, data, system, and experience designs. Reports into the L2C Management Office (LMO) and works under the guidance of the assigned Digital Experience Architect. Responsibilities: • Architecture Development: Support development of future-state business processes, capabilities, policies, user experiences, and digital solution designs within the assigned L2C domain. • Requirements Analysis: Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into process, capability, data, and system design implications. • Design Artifact Ownership: Own development and maintenance of process flows, journey maps, capability models, business rules documentation, design inventories, and supporting architecture artifacts. • Experience Modeling: Support creation of personas, experience blueprints, service journeys, and user-centric design assets that guide detailed solution design. • Impact Assessment: Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of proposed design decisions across people, process, technology, and data domains. • Design Workshop Support: Participate in architecture and design workshops; document outcomes, design decisions, dependencies, assumptions, and unresolved questions. • Cross-Pillar Alignment: Collaborate with other architecture domains to identify integration points, design dependencies, and opportunities for standardization and harmonization. • Decision Traceability: Maintain architecture repositories, decision logs, and design documentation to ensure traceability from business requirements through future-state design. • Architecture Recommendations: Perform analysis and develop recommendations to support architect-led decision making and solution evaluation. Skills Required: • Foundational understanding of business architecture, process design, and digital transformation concepts • Experience creating process maps, journey maps, capability models, or functional design documentation • Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities • Ability to understand relationships between business processes, data, technology, and operating models • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating within large cross-functional teams Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, business architecture, process design, digital transformation, or software delivery • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, systems implementation, or operating model initiatives • Familiarit
