About the role
Job Title Account Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring – Northeast England Job Description Be part of the change to increase connectivity with patient monitoring and use analytics to pre-empt the care patients need. Your role: • Lead the commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio across Northeast England , driving growth and ensuring strong alignment with District Leadership and Sales Management. • Deliver annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across the NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private hospital customers. • Be accountable for sales performance of the Patient Monitoring portfolio, working closely with regional teams to achieve annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across hospital-based customer accounts. • Collaborate with Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions. • Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans, informed by win/loss analysis and market intelligence. • This role offers flexibility to work from home, with an expectation of up to 60% travel across UK hospital sites to engage with customers, support clinical demonstrations, and drive account growth. Help shape the future of connected patient care using patient monitoring and analytics to help clinical teams anticipate needs and deliver more proactive care. You’re The Right Fit If: • You have previous experience selling medical devices, ideally within Patient Monitoring ; or a clinical, IT, technical, or Clinical Engineering/EBME background • Experience in critical care, ICU, theatres, cardiology, hospital IT, or clinical engineering would be particularly beneficial. • You’re an excellent communicator, able to build rapport and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. • You’re motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care by sharing your expertise. • You hold a full UK driving license. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is a field role, covering Northeast England. Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role. The base salary range for this role is £ 43,330.00 - £ 68,090.00 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for bonus incentive , with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results .
