A Day in the Life We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Pelvic Health Territory Manager to support the growth and development of our Sacral Neuromodulation (SNM) therapy portfolio, including InterStim™, across South West England. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, defending existing business, and driving new patient growth through effective territory management, stakeholder engagement, and clinical support activities. This role requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals, internal business partners, and cross-functional teams to improve patient access to therapy while achieving commercial objectives. The position involves regular travel throughout the territory and attendance at customer sites, clinical procedures, meetings, and training events.   Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement territory account plans and sales strategies aligned with business objectives • Deliver against sales targets and agreed performance objectives • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, and other relevant customers • Identify opportunities to expand therapy adoption and support service development within pelvic health pathways • Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Technical Consultants, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and wider commercial teams to maximise business opportunities • Manage territory inventory effectively and work closely with Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure customer needs are met • Support customer education initiatives, product demonstrations, and training activities • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, training programmes, and other business events as required • Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable company policies, healthcare industry regulations, and compliance standards   Required Qualifications and Experience • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders • Experience within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or a related commercial healthcare environment • Strong organisational and territory management skills • Experience supporting clinical procedures or working in a customer-facing healthcare role • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory   Preferred Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or relevant experience • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills • Knowledge of pelvic health, neuromodulation therapies, or related therapeutic areas would be advantageous   Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  ‌ ‌     Recruitment Fraud Alert   We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
