A Day in the Life The Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices (EMID) business delivers a portfolio of advanced surgical technologies including stapling, energy, access, and intelligent surgical solutions used across open and minimally invasive procedures. This field-based sales role is responsible for driving adoption and utilization of the EMID portfolio across assigned healthcare accounts in the Lucknow territory, while partnering with surgeons, operating room teams, distributors, and hospital stakeholders. This position is based in Lucknow, India and requires regular onsite customer engagement across hospitals and healthcare institutions. The role involves approximately 30% travel within the assigned territory to support customer education, product evaluations, case coverage, and business development activities. The Sales Representative I, EMID is responsible for achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory by developing customer relationships, supporting product utilization in operating rooms, driving focus product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. This role serves as a key partner to healthcare professionals by providing product expertise, clinical support, and account management while contributing to territory growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. • Achieve assigned sales targets and focus on product objectives across the designated territory. • Develop and execute account plans to increase product adoption and expand business within key healthcare accounts. • Provide clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures and operating room evaluations. • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and training programs for healthcare professionals. • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and hospital stakeholders. • Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitive activity, procedure trends, and customer insights to support territory strategies. • Organize approved educational programs, Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, and customer engagement initiatives in partnership with regional leadership. • Maintain accurate sales reporting, business trackers, account updates, and territory records within established timelines. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree Experience selling surgical products or high-value medical capital equipment. • Experience supporting customers within hospital environments and clinical settings. • Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory. • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with surgical stapling technologies or related surgical device portfolios. • Experience assisting surgeons and operating room teams during surgical procedures. • Knowledge of hospital procurement processes, healthcare market dynamics, and competitive landscape. • Experience developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders. • Experience conducting product evaluations, clinical demonstrations, and customer educ
