About the role
Shape the semiconductor technology of the future with us! We are looking for innovation-driven master’s graduates and PhDs with a drive to make a difference, who will develop the next generation of semiconductors for the automotive industry and consumer goods in our Junior Managers Program. Are you passionate about microelectronics, think future-oriented, and want to revolutionize tomorrow's mobility and everyday technologies? Then we want to hear from you. Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of our Semiconductors division—the technological heart of modern innovation. You will rotate through various stations at home and abroad (e.g., in agile product divisions, corporate start-ups, or classic line organizations) and dive deep into technology development, circuit design, or pioneering architectures for Systems-on-Chip (SoC). Your mission: identify future trends, develop innovative systems, and push the boundaries of technology. You won't just support—you will develop, decide, and shape. You will work in agile teams on technically fascinating and challenging products (such as power semiconductors for electric vehicles or MEMS sensors for smartphones) and lay the foundation for your future as a leader. What you will learn and develop with us: • You will learn how the development and manufacturing of high-tech semiconductors operate within a global technology group—from the initial concept to market readiness. • You will actively shape the hardware of tomorrow: from power electronics for electromobility and automotive system ICs/IP modules to MEMS sensors for smartphones, wearables, or drones. • You will work within agile development teams, leverage state-of-the-art design and testing tools, and purposefully develop your leadership skills alongside your personal executive-level mentor. Your academic foundation: You have graduated with an outstanding Master's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related natural science field. Ideally, you already bring a PhD or initial professional experience in semiconductor development. Your passion for innovation & microelectronics: You demonstrate true ingenuity and burn for topics like power electronics, ASICs, circuit design, or MEMS sensors. Technical challenges are not barriers to you—they are your driver for innovation. Your eye for the bigger picture: You want to understand how semiconductor solutions transform entire industries—from automotive to consumer electronics—and how to align your designs with the demands of global markets. Your understanding of human-centric leadership: For you, leadership means continuously developing yourself and others. With courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness, you inspire your environment and win others over to your technological ideas. You think strategically and shape the future: You challenge existing design and development processes, contribute your own creative solutions, and have the drive to implement ambitious innovation leaps. You already bring high-quality practical industry experience. Your continuous development: You want to grow—both professionally and personally. You are curious about new tools, learn extremely fast, and love taking on responsibility in a highly dynamic, technological environment. Your language proficiency: You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills to navigate confidently within our global and local engineering teams. Additionally, you have already gained at least three months of international experience. Why you will love being part of our community We are deeply invested in the growth of our team members. We have created an environment where you are supported, v
