Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Contract Administrator or Contract Administrator. This position will be located at our Space sector in Redondo Beach, CA. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Deployables Operating Unit. Roles and Responsibilities • Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates contracts awarded within the Northrop Grumman organization. Supports customer contact activities to provide for proper contract administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. • Supports proposal preparation; preparing written communications with internal and external customers for assigned contractual matters. • Responsible for processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. • Under general supervision, developing solutions to ensure company compliance with contract requirements on assigned programs. • Assisting management in achieving financial goals related to cash management and sales. • Maintaining contract data into Contract Management System and/or Enterprise Accounting System. • Ensuring timely delivery of all contractual deliverables and submission of invoices.
