Role Overview This Mumbai-based role is for an exceptional channel partner marketing manager who will work with focused resellers and distri butors in th e West region to grow HPE ’ s business mix and s hare of voice across Networking, Cloud, and AI . The Partner Mar keting Manager will plan and execute development fund marketin g programs with priority partners , translating HPE India geo channel priorities into high-impact joint marketing execution plans. Business Impact The role will drive measurable business impact by : • Grow HPE’s revenue and share of business with focus partners by creating demand-generation co-investment programs, including digital campaigns, programmatic media buying, website augmentation, content syndication, social media, lead generation, contact discovery, in-person events, industry sponsorships, enablement, and customer reference programs. • Bringing HPE’s OneChannels vision and strategy to life through strong marketing execution. • Improving Annual Satisfaction Survey scores for the DF focussed partners in channel marketing • Strengthening marketing capability by building an extended HPE channel marketing community that shares and applies global best practices. • Collaborate with an incumbent MSA to drive the joint marketing program What you’ll do: Your Key Responsibilities • Partner marketing planning, execution , and reporting: Support the planning, management, and ROI tracking of marketing activities for resellers and distributors, with planning cycles ranging from quarterly to half-yearly. • Build strategic relationships with assigned partners, especially their marketing teams and senior leaders such as MDs, CEOs, and co-founders. Serve as HPE’s primary marketing contact , keeping partners aligned on HPE’s strategy and plans through quarterly joint marketing planning. • Ensure regular marketing training for partner s around areas like HPE messaging, campaigns, Marketing assets, HPE guidelines. Maintain a strong posture on controls and ethics. • Strategic Partner Support: Scheduling regular review and quarterly business reviews with the sales and marketing representatives from DF Focus Partners. Must be a Marketing SME and promote best practice in execution. • Timely completion of all mandatory trainings and adherence to HPE guidelines in all planning and execution of marketing programs • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners is vital to achieving these goals.
