Position Summary Revenue Cycle Reporting: Develop and monitor reporting to showcase revenue cycle statistics—including submitted volumes, collections, team productivity metrics, and company KPIs—sourced from multiple software packages. Produce data-driven presentation decks focused on risks and growth areas. Leadership & Team Management: Lead the sourcing, creation, and development of reporting, dashboards, and presentations. Manage individual contributors responsible for data retrieval, auditing, and analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate directly with key stakeholders, including Product Development, Executive Management, Compliance, and Auditing. Process Documentation : Produce clear process documentation and workflow diagrams to support efficient and accurate operations. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in healthcare management leading a team of individual contributors, preferable focused on analytics. Proven ability to identify, assess, communicate, create and deliver data analysis that facilitates efficient problem resolution and supports continuous improvement process. Experience overseeing projects and processes that require complex problem-solving across both short- and long-term timelines. Background as a business analyst, report writer, project manager or similar role. Experience monitor KPIs and reporting on variances, risks and process improvement opportunities Preferred Qualifications Strong working knowledge of physician-based Revenue Cycle workflows within Epic Professional Billing (PB Resolute) Epic Reporting experience, including Slicer Dicer, Workbench Reporting, Caboodle and/or Cogito Proficiency in Software tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Big Query, SQL and Lucid Excellent written and oral communication skills, including development and maintenance of reporting requirements and presentation decks Ability to analyze and interpret various status and outcome reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Education Bachelor's Degree preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
