About the role

Establishment Matters:  Processing various aspects of employee life cycle related activities and including Long Term Settlement topics pertaining to workmen. Anchoring employee engagement calendar pertaining to workmen and ensuring adherence in close coordination with ER BPs.  Employees Transportation: Manage and administer complete fleet of buses deployed by the vendor for employee transport in coordination with the vendor covering various activities like, bus route survey, route rationalization and cost optimization, internal audits, invoice processing, grievance management pertaining to transport etc. Support Towards HR Excellence : Maintain HR Dashboard, ensure upkeep of all processes pertaining to Workmen and Trainees in coordination with ER BPs and support in counselling absenteeism cases. Education * MSW/ MBA or PGDM in HR Experience * 2-3 years of experience in HR/IR domain Knowledge * Competent level of knowledge on all applicable labor laws * Proficiency level of knowledge in handling employee life cycle Functional skills * Competent level of skill in communication and presentation * Proficient in Data analytics and interpretation * Competent enough to resolve conflict
