If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you. WHAT YOU’LL DO We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for Braze’s Intelligence team. The Intelligence team helps growth marketers engage and sell to their customers more effectively. We combine the data on the Braze platform with machine learning and statistics to optimize marketers' strategies, inform their decisions, and, where possible, automate those decisions entirely. The team owns a core part of BrazeAI™: Content Optimizer, Item Recommendations, and the Intelligence Suite (Intelligent Timing, Intelligent Channel, and Intelligent Selection). Responsibilities: • Build and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the Intelligence product area • Partner with engineers on model quality and reliability. That means improving accuracy, reducing fallback behavior in the Intelligence Suite, and increasing the uplift customers see from Intelligence features • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, SKU attach and retention, and customer uplift, and connect product decisions to revenue impact • Make AI transparent and trustworthy. Help marketers understand what the models are doing and why, and equip go-to-market teams to explain the value and competitive advantage of Braze Intelligence • Work closely with Engineers and Product Designers to bring new products and features to life • Stay close to the competitive landscape of marketing AI, and make sure Braze's lead is clear and wins deals • Run point on launches for the Intel team, partnering with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions • Establish and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress and decisions effectively WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years of Product Management experience • A strong product instinct for turning complex algorithms into simple, trustworthy experiences for marketers • Strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills • A proactive, positive, can-do attitude. You consistently drive projects to successful completion and proactively seek opportunities to enhance both processes and products • Ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects at once • Eagerness to learn and grow • Bonus points: • Previously shipped ML or AI-powered products such as recommendations, personalization, optimization, or decisioning • Fluency in experimentation and measurement: A/B testing, holdout groups, uplift, and the tradeoffs between model approaches. You don't need to build models, but you can go deep with the engineers who do • Performance or lifecycle marketing experience • Experience with recommendation systems, multi-armed bandits, or reinforcement learning • Experience working
