Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Solutions Architect (Loyalty Solutions) Overview: MasterCard provides a range of products and services for our partners to create compelling loyalty propositions that drive the acquisition of new customers while cultivating a long-term positive relationship. Our propositions focus on Rewards and Offers solutions within both Merchant and Financial verticals provide great value to consumers, incremental revenue and long-lasting relationships for our partners. Sitting within Consumer Acquisition and Engagement Services- the role is focused on the full suite of merchant and issuer loyalty products and services including Pay with Rewards, Issuer Rewards, Promotions, Merchant Funded Offers, and Card Linked Services. Role: This role will focus on leveraging your technical expertise and expert knowledge of Mastercard platforms to design and document effective and efficient solutions. - Are you passionate about Loyalty and enjoy creating and delivering impactful programs that deliver measurable results for all stakeholders? - Are you able to balance effectively the challenges of longer term, strategic developments alongside delivering excellent day to day service and performance? - Do you excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment? The Solutions Architect role will be responsible for Issuer Loyalty products across the Europe division. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing loyalty solutions based on discussions with the client about their business needs. The Solutions Architect is both technically adept and customer facing, leading discovery sessions to uncover requirements and suggest best of class implementation methods. A person in this role must be well versed in writing technical documentation including but not limited to architecture diagrams, business requirement details, functional requirement details, and software integration documents. - Lead requirement gathering for business stakeholders and developers through requirement gathering sessions and interviews during initial phase of an implementation - Critically evaluate client's infrastructure and be able to translate business requirements into implementation design patterns - Create detailed documentation that will be accepted by the client as validation of the business requirements and project scope. Include user flow diagrams, business & workflow analysis, and architecture diagrams - Serve as the primary conduit between internal and client technical and development teams during the discovery and design process - Identify project constraints, provide solutions to eliminate risk, and notify stakeholders around issues related to architecture - Exceptional management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment. - Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and technology teams.
