Job Summary The Funding Management Analyst manages supplier funding programs for Front Store Merchandising categories and provides financial analysis that supports category profitability and business performance. This role partners closely with Category Management and Finance to forecast funding, identify risks and opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and support category P&L objectives. Key Responsibilities • Manage vendor funding activities for assigned categories, including calculations, billing, reporting, and performance tracking. • Analyze supplier allowance trends and provide recommendations to optimize category profitability. • Develop forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and ad hoc financial reporting. • Partner with Category Management and cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions and solve complex business challenges. • Prepare and present financial insights, recommendations, and performance updates to leadership. • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards. • Drive continuous improvement of funding management processes, controls, and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in finance, merchandising, category analytics, FP&A, or a related analytical role. • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to business leaders. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications • Retail merchandising, category management, or supplier funding experience. • Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting principles. • Experience with SQL, Access, Power BI, or comparable analytics tools. • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business results. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
