Position Summary The Manager role on the Health Plan Adherence Solutions team within Retail Pharmacy Growth will be part of a cross-functional group shaping the medication adherence strategy for CVS Retail and developing solutions that can be packaged for health plans and other clients while driving revenue for Retail Pharmacy. This role will independently advance priority work across opportunity assessment, business case development, solution testing, competitive analysis, performance tracking, and roadmap execution. Specifically, the Manager will support the strategy for health plan medication adherence at CVS Pharmacy by evaluating new product and program ideas, building analyses and business cases, and advancing prioritized initiatives from concept through testing and implementation. The role will use SQL and other analytical tools to explore data, assess opportunity size, identify performance drivers, and translate findings into clear recommendations and practical next steps. The day-to-day experience will include conducting analyses, developing and pressure-testing business cases, creating leadership-ready materials, tracking test-and-learn programs, coordinating work across partners, and supporting discussions to understand health plan or pharma needs. The Manager will be expected to own assigned work from definition through completion, communicate progress and risks proactively, and consistently turn data into insights and insights into action. This position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can structure complex questions, analyze large and varied data sets, validate findings, and synthesize results into concise recommendations for business partners and leaders. The individual must also collaborate effectively across functions, manage multiple priorities, and consistently produce accurate, timely, and decision-ready work. Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and medication adherence is strongly preferred. Required Qualifications • 3 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmacy, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related field • Demonstrated experience using SQL to query, analyze, and validate data • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex work, meet timelines, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, payer, consulting, product development, or operational improvement environments • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous questions, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex data sets; proficiency in Excel and data visualization or reporting tools • Proven ability to translate data into insights, communicate the business implications, and define clear actions • Experience developing business cases, performance analyses, forecasts, or measurement plans to support investment and prioritization decisions • Strong quality-control discipline, including validating data, testing assumptions, and ensuring accuracy before communicating results • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and move
