Job Title Compliance Learning Operations Specialist Job Description Job title: Compliance Learning Operations Specialist Your role: • Supports the development of training content by applying standard instructional design practices and organizational guidelines to create effective learning materials using training authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Easygenerator, and HTML. • Utilizes AI tools for learning content creation, translation and quality assurance. Reviews AI output to ensure all learning content meets internal standards for accuracy, consistency, and quality. • Conducts quality assurance reviews of learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance with internal branding standards, and adherence to document control requirements. • Supports virtual training initiatives by supporting session setup, materials preparation, and coordination activities. • Supports compliance training programs and projects using project management software, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with learning objectives and goals • Supports the course intake and development process by helping manage tasks across the project lifecycle. • Assists with translation coordination activities. • Supports the maintenance of standards documentation for learning content creation, including eLearning style guide and technical standards. • Collaborates with Business Process Owners and Content Owners to accurately configure and assign training requirements, ensuring alignment with learning needs and regulatory standards. • Applies foundational knowledge of learning operations, compliance requirements, and training tools to assigned tasks. • Follows established processes and procedures to complete assigned tasks, escalating issues as needed and seeking guidance when required.
