About the role
• Lead and execute product development projects in accordance with defined internal project management (PIF) and change management (ECF) processes. • Defining goals, creating schedules and budgets, and determining the scope of work. • Tracking progress, reporting results, and managing risk and budget. • Ensure availability of required resources and alignment of project investments. • Translate customer requirements and specifications into technical solutions, considering relevant normative and regulatory requirements (e.g. North America standards). • Evaluate technical and economic feasibility of project concepts. • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-location stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery. • Drive cost optimization initiatives and support manufacturing cost reduction programs. • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. • Support the market launch of newly developed products • Organizing meetings, workshops, and project presentations Experience: • University degree in engineering, natural sciences or a related field • Mandatory fluent level of English and Polish • Min 3 years of experience in project management within an engineering or product development environment • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing company Functional competencies: • Strong project management expertise (basic to advanced depending on project category) • Strong knowledge of engineering methods and development processes • Proficiency in project and budget management tools • Risk management skills, identifying threats and minimizing them • Rapid situation analysis and proficient problem-solving • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Behavioral competencies: • High level of interpersonal and communication skills • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset • Ability to mediate, de-escalate disputes, and conduct constructive negotiations with stakeholders. • The ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions or project modifications. • Leadership, team facilitation, and communication skills • Openness to change and continuous development • Proactivity, dynamism and independence in action • Good organization of working time and planning own work We offer: • Employment contract • Stable employment • Monthly bonus up to 15% • Benefits co-financed by the company: UNUM insurance, Multisport card, private Medicover medical care, vouchers for Christmas, St. Nicholas Day parties and packages for employees' children, modern canteen with its own kitchen
