You will: • Leverage data, analytics, and business expertise to solve complex business problems and influence strategic decision-making. • Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to define analytical approaches, measurement strategies, and success metrics for key initiatives. • Lead complex analyses across multiple data sources to identify opportunities, risks, trends, and drivers of business performance. • Design and execute analytical frameworks that evaluate business outcomes, measure impact, and support prioritization of investments and initiatives. • Define and evolve key metrics, KPIs, and business logic to ensure consistent measurement and decision-making across stakeholders. • Guide experimentation and test-and-learn initiatives by developing measurement plans, evaluating results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. • Deliver insights through dashboards, reporting solutions, presentations, and data storytelling that drive business action. • Influence business partners through data-driven recommendations and serve as a trusted advisor on analytical and measurement-related decisions. • Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, automate reporting, enhance self-service capabilities, and increase the scalability of analytics solutions. • Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to improve data quality, metric consistency, and analytical capabilities. • Mentor and provide guidance to analysts, sharing expertise, reviewing analytical approaches, and promoting best practices. • Explore and apply emerging analytical techniques, AI-enabled capabilities, and innovative approaches to improve decision-making and business outcomes. • Lead analytical workstreams and complex projects that span multiple stakeholders, teams, or business areas. About You: • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, product analytics, marketing analytics, or a related analytical discipline. • Advanced experience using SQL to access, transform, and analyze complex datasets. • Experience applying analytical techniques and statistical methods to solve business problems and support decision-making. • Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Qlik, or similar platforms. • Experience communicating analytical insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. • Strong problem-solv
