Job description: The Provincial Product Analytics Consultant is responsible for delivering business insights, performance monitoring, reporting, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making across Allstate Canada's personal insurance portfolio. This role partners with business stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve business outcomes. Accountabilities: • Compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes data to support business objectives and decision-making. • Analyzes business performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging issues. • Evaluates business initiatives and strategic priorities through data analysis and performance measurement. • Develops and enhances reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support performance monitoring and insight generation. • Translates data and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. • Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and solve complex analytical problems. • Contributes to the advancement of analytical capabilities through reporting modernization, automation, visualization, and process improvement initiatives. • Provides guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to team members while promoting analytical best practices. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related disciplines. • Experience with Power BI and data visualization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform business decisions. • Experience extracting, analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or performance monitoring solutions. • S
