THE ROLE As a Senior Finance Manager within our Business Unit FP&A team, you’ll play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for Everpure’s subscription business. In this highly visible individual contributor role, you’ll own global top-line forecasting and financial modeling while partnering closely with Business Unit, Product, GTM, Operations, and Accounting leaders to understand performance and guide business decisions. You’ll combine deep financial expertise with a strong understanding of subscription business models to translate complex data into clear insights, strengthen how we forecast and measure the business, and help leaders make informed decisions as Everpure continues to scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own Global Subscription Forecasting & Financial Modeling: Lead global top-line forecasting across pipeline, bookings, revenue, and margin, while developing and maintaining P&L and capex models. Partner closely with Accounting to ensure operational forecasts align with reported financial results. • Turn Business Performance Into Strategic Insights: Analyze key subscription metrics including ARR, bookings, retention, churn, expansion, and gross margin. Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, compelling visuals, and executive-level narratives that inform business decisions. • Serve as a Strategic Finance Partner: Partner with Business Unit, Product, GTM, Pricing, Operations, and Accounting leaders to evaluate business performance, strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Support monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and long-range planning processes. • Build Scalable FP&A Tools & Reporting: Design and automate forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. Develop dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities, partnering with Data Engineering and Business Systems teams to strengthen data quality and reporting infrastructure. WHAT YOU BRING • Significant experience supporting a subscription, SaaS, recurring revenue, or consumption-based business, with a strong understanding of metrics such as ARR, bookings, revenue, retention, churn, expansion, and gross margin. • Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including expertise in Excel and experience developing and maintaining complex P&L, forecasting, and investment models. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights, executive-ready presentations, and actionable recommendations. • Strong business partnership and communication skills, with a track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders across Finance and cross-functional organizations. • Experience developing dashboards or financial reporting in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus. • Experience in technology and/or Corporate FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting is a plus. • A strong academic foundation in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Location Expectation: We are primarily an in-office e
