About the role
Role Responsible for end-to-end development of electronic hardware modules for automotive braking systems, from concept and circuit design through simulation, validation, debugging, and production support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Analog, Digital and Power Electronics circuits for braking ECU/modules.Perform circuit simulation, analysis, testing and validation.Develop and review schematics, component selection and technical documentation.Conduct hardware debugging, failure analysis and root-cause investigation.Identify design issues and provide robust technical solutions.Support EMC, functional, environmental and reliability testing.Interface with Software, Systems, EMC, Safety, Mechanical and Manufacturing teams.Support prototype build, testing, issue resolution and design release to production.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Analog, Digital and Power Electronics.Hands-on experience in automotive ECU hardware development.Good knowledge of circuit simulation and analysis tools.Strong skills in hardware testing, debugging and failure analysis.Understanding of EMC/EMI, automotive environmental and reliability requirements.Good understanding of automotive communication interfaces and microcontroller-based systems.Ability to analyse complex hardware issues and drive root-cause and corrective actions.Experience with schematic/design review and engineering documentation.Experience & Education7–10 years of relevant experience in automotive electronics/hardware development.Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical / ECE / related discipline.Experience in braking, vehicle dynamics, chassis or safety-critical automotive electronics is preferred. BE 7 to 10 Years
