About the role
Aufgabenfeld • Betreuung und Optimierung der ERP-Systemlandschaft inklusive der Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen • Support-Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter • Planung und Durchführung von Systemaktualisierungen • Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen • Einrichtung und Administration verschiedener ERP-Module, Schnittstellen und weiterer Unternehmensapplikationen Qualifikation • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support / Kundenbetreuung / Helpdesk • Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z.B. Mesonic WineLine, SAGE, MS Dynamics NAV,…) wünschenswert • Grundkenntnisse in MS SQL-Server sowie VB-Skript und Java Skript • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Problemlösungskompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Teamverständnis In unserer Bewerberansprache setzen wir auf das 'Du'.
