US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

The Role You'll own the revenue and Annual Revenue Run Rate (ARRR) models that power Everlaw’s top-line forecasting, bringing clarity and speed to our business planning and operating visibility. Sitting at the intersection of FP&A, GTM, Accounting, and Enterprise Technology, you will turn complex customer and contract data into clear financial models, variance analyses, and actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the company. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
