US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Overview of the Role: InMobi is building a global brand for a category most people can't picture: the invisible infrastructure that connects billions of users to the content, commerce, and advertising they see every day. Making that visible, and making it feel like something worth paying attention to, is the job of this team. We are looking for a brand designer with at least six years of experience across identity and visual systems work and day-to-day marketing production. You are able to do both: identity work in partnership with the Creative Director, and high-volume production of campaign materials and activations across global markets. You work from rough briefs, hold a clear point of view on typography, color, and composition, and can explain your decisions to marketers, sellers, and executives. You manage your own projects and flag timeline risk early. This role suits someone who wants that level of ownership early in their career, and who wants their work visible to the market rather than buried in a template. Location : This role is based onsite in our NYC office. Some travel may be required to support events and activations. The Impact You'll Make: • Design campaigns, events and trade show environments, keynote and sales decks, OOH, web, social, and print, from concept through delivery • Extend and maintain the brand system so it holds across regions, products, and audiences, and gives the wider team something to move fast with • Carry high-volume, quick-turnaround work without letting craft slip • Produce with a high level of detail across every format, from static layouts to motion. Kerning, spacing, easing, and timing all get the same scrutiny. • Partner with product marketing, events, content, motion, sales, and outside production. Scoping, timelines, and shipping are yours. • Present design with a point of view, and treat feedback as a constructive element that makes the next iteration better • Build the templates and asset library so nobody rebuilds the same file twice • Use AI tools as part of your standard workflow for exploration, iteration, and production, and apply them where they measurably improve speed or output The Experience We Need: • 6+ years
