What You'll Do as an RN Nurse Manager: • Conduct Assessments & Develop Care Plans : Complete in-home assessments and create individualized plans of care to ensure clients receive the support they need. • Support & Supervise Caregivers : Provide guidance, oversight, and ongoing support to Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction. • Onboard & Educate : Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training, competency evaluations, and in-services to support caregiver success. • Coordinate Client Care : Act as the central point of communication between clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources, ensuring continuity and quality of care. • Promote Quality & Compliance : Help ensure care delivery meets BAYADA standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
