This individual should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential residential customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales • Work directly with management and Service Technicians to find customer solutions • Provide Service Technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources that would be unavailable in the field • Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing • Maintain and update CRM system and SAM daily • Provide a list of labor, materials and parts for order entry • Responsible for achieving sales objectives • Performs other responsibilities as assigned by Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems • Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers • Experience with blue prints/plans and specs (preferred) • Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task The anticipated pay range for this position is below.
