US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Your Mission:
Your job is to make sure every TMC that launches actually performs: that its agents are trained and using the tool, its corporate accounts are migrating on schedule, and bookings are happening on Engine. You’ll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of TMCs and their key corporate accounts, the first call when something goes wrong, and the person who turns a quiet launch into a growing partnership.
What You’ll Do:
• Own post-launch success for a portfolio of TMC partners and their corporate accounts, from first booking through sustained GBV growth on Engine content
• Partner with the Implementation Manager from contract signature through launch: own the commercial and relationship track while Implementation owns configuration, agent training, and first booking
• Define a corporate-account migration plan and activation milestones with each TMC, hold both sides accountable to them, and own the handoff from Implementation to ongoing success management
• Monitor TMC health across trips booked, lodging attached to Engine content, agent and traveler adoption, account migration pace, and support volume; flag risks and act before they compound
• Lead QBRs for strategic TMCs and regular health check-ins for smaller agencies, and use them to set the next quarter’s plan with each partner
• Serve as the first line of escalation for post-launch TMC issues, coordinating with Implementation, Support, and Product to drive resolution
• Identify expansion within each TMC’s footprint (additional corporate accounts, air and car on Engine content, Groups and Engine X) and co-sell in partnership with the Business Development team
• Bring TMC and agent feedback to Product and Implementation; you speak for the live TMC base internally
What You'll Bring to Engine:
• 8+ years in partner success, customer success, or strategic account management, ideally in corporate travel, TMC or booking-tool products, or B2B SaaS
• Track record of managing a portfolio of B2B relationships with measurable revenue or GBV outcomes
• Experience working alongside or coordinating with implementation or technical teams without owning the implementation yourself
• Strong data orientation: you use metrics to diagnose problems and steer partner conversations
• Strong communicator, written, verbal, and async: you can boil a complex partner situation down to a clear update for your VP
• Comfortable structuring your own work without much direction
Preferred
• Prior experience at, or selling into, a TMC: you understand how agencies make money, how they work with GDSs, and what it takes to move a corporate account onto a new booking tool
• Familiarity with corporate booking tools, GDS content, or hotel distribution
• Experience building or contributing to health scoring models, QBR frameworks, or pa
