For our global enterprise clients, transforming their traditional assets requires seamless technical alignment, strategic onboarding, and flawless execution. Your mission as Project Manager is to take end-to-end ownership of complex enterprise SaaS implementation projects, guiding major brands from initial onboarding to successful expansion. We work 80% asynchronously and judge success entirely by your ability to manage risks, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable customer value, not by the number of hours you sit on Zoom. What Success Looks Like (Your First 90 Days) We don't measure you only by years of experience; we look at how effectively you take ownership, learn our environment, and deliver results. Here is what we expect you to achieve in your first 3 months: Day 30 : You have built a strong understanding of the Publitas product suite, value proposition, and delivery methodologies. You have shadowed active implementation projects and started taking ownership of your first client projects and stakeholder communication. Day 60 : You are independently managing client implementations, including scoping discussions, timeline planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination. You can identify risks early, make practical decisions, and escalate when needed rather than relying on close day-to-day guidance. Day 90 : You have successfully delivered your first enterprise implementation project from kickoff to launch. You have established trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders and are confidently managing your own project portfolio with a high degree of autonomy.
